Jenny was fantastic, a delightful lady who worked wonders on my hair colour and extensions. I am thrilled with the results and will definitely be a loyal customer. The prices were very reasonable too.
I had the full treatment at the salon today - a cut, colour, and highlights - and I am absolutely thrilled with my hair. It was quite a change in colour for me, but with the help and advice from Pauline, she got it just right, along with a fantastic cut. If you are looking for a change or are new to the area and in need of a salon, I highly recommend giving Pauline at Sanctuary a try. You will not be disappointed. The service is impeccable, and you are very well looked after.
This was my second visit, and unfortunately, it will be my last. Jenny is a very friendly woman and quite lovely. However, the basic Inverted Bob cut she gave me is possibly the worst haircut I have ever had. It looked fine when first styled and straightened, but after washing it, my hair resembled drooping spaniel ears. Very uneven. As for the salon, it is not very clean, with mirrors and surfaces in desperate need of a thorough cleaning. I regret to say that I will not be returning to this salon, and I would recommend others to seek services elsewhere.
