This was my first visit here to have my nails professionally done. Since I don't have much experience to compare it to, I can only speak about my current experience. There was a slight wait, around 15 minutes, but overall, the nail service took a bit longer than expected. This was due to the staff efficiently using time, such as when my nails were drying, to attend to another customer (multitasking), which is completely understandable. I was consistently checked with regarding the shape, length, etc., of my nails during the process, which I truly appreciate.
Terrible nails. The individual applied more acrylic on my skin than on my nails, then aggressively filed my skin to remove it. They refused to let me wash my hands. The nails look terrible as they were made too short and misshapen. I requested a specific colour initially, and they claimed to have it, but in reality, they did not. The individual seemed rushed. I strongly advise avoiding this place! My skin and nails are in pain now!!!
I've been a regular visitor here for 3 years, and today was my final visit as I am relocating to another city. I want to express my gratitude to all the team at Cindys for consistently providing an exceptional experience during my monthly nail appointments. They are considerate, delightful, and patient with my uncertainty. I am truly disappointed that I won't be able to return. Here are some of the stunning designs they have created for me.
