Visited Studio One for a belly button piercing with Karen. While the appointment was made smoothly, Karen's abrupt manner during the process was off-putting. The piercing itself was well done, but the lack of aftercare instructions was disappointing. Both myself and my friend found her unwelcoming. Additionally, the absence of a consent form raises concerns in hindsight.
