The woman who scheduled my appointment was incredibly warm and talkative, creating a relaxed atmosphere. She carefully reviewed my questionnaire with me at the start to ensure accuracy, explained each step as she performed it, and confirmed my understanding of the aftercare instructions. The entire appointment began promptly, proceeded swiftly, and went smoothly.
I always schedule my treatments with Chantelle. I was initially apprehensive about starting laser treatment, but she patiently explained everything and answered all my questions with kindness and expertise. I am delighted with my results and highly recommend her services.
I consistently pre-book and pre-pay for all my appointments, only to receive a call today informing me that I needed to pay for the same treatment again because one of my payments wasn't recorded in the system. Despite providing proof of payment, I was still required to make the payment again and was told I was mistaken. As a long-time customer, I felt accused by Chantelle and will no longer be returning. Prior to this incident, I was satisfied, but I will not be recommending or revisiting.
