Allow me to commence by stating the personnel were delightful and amiable. That's the positive aspect. I'm not one to raise complaints and I truly dislike doing so, but, I underwent a gel manicure yesterday utilising a gift voucher. It wasn't until I exited the establishment that I noticed how thick and lumpy my nails appeared. They looked dreadful, I had to remove it as soon as I arrived home.
