Requested standard manicure, but received gel prep resulting in scratched nails. Disappointed with lack of non-gel polish options. Lack of communication on service changes.
Noted negative reviews but took a chance before my holiday. Disappointing experience with rough gel removal, lack of nail length options, and patchy gel polish application. Wouldn't recommend.
