I visited the salon for a BIAB infill, though I had initially booked for a full set. Realizing my error, I explained it to the technician, and he was understanding. We proceeded with the treatment, I selected my colour, but upon completion, I noticed visible patches on my nails. I brought this to the technician's attention, who claimed it was due to a darker shade underneath from a previous session—which was untrue, as I've had infills before without any issues. He suggested applying a darker colour, but then the manager (I presume) intervened and mentioned they would charge extra as it would require an additional 20 minutes to rectify (absurd!). I declined to pay more, and he insisted I could leave—even though my nails had already been stripped of the previous colour by that point. They still charged me and refused to issue a refund. Furthermore, the salon was unclean—nail dust and broken nails from the previous day littered the floor, and it was early in the morning. Utterly appalling behaviour! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I have attached pictures of my nails post the "treatment".
