James is easy to chat with regarding what you're looking for from the sports massage and other therapies. He clearly takes his job very seriously and is very thorough when discussing an action plan if you're there with an injury. For me, he worked the soft tissue around my spine as I have an acute spinal injury that is really debilitating. I also tried cupping and acupuncture with James which have worked out really beneficial in diverting pain when I walk. The acid test for me as to whether a therapy is working or not is the next day - how do I feel sort of thing. I feel a massive improvement each time I visit which gives me the one thing I'm looking for with this injury, hope.
