Booked in to pamper my sister and myself with a pedicure featuring gel nails. The experience was truly exceptional, making this nail bar stand out as the best I've visited, boasting an impressive array of colours! The massage chairs were incredibly comfortable, adding a nice touch to the visit. My feet feel wonderfully soft and rejuvenated after the treatment, especially with the foot and lower leg massage using hot stones - a true revelation! I am eagerly anticipating my next visit! Thank you!
While on vacation, I unexpectedly found myself in need of nail care after extensive travelling left my nails dry, in poor condition, and in dire need of a manicure. Even my toes required some attention!
The manicure I received fell short of expectations. My nails were trimmed down without consulting me on the desired shape, resulting in them being much shorter than I would have preferred. Despite requesting almond-shaped nails, they were merely rounded, likely due to the initial excessive trimming. One of my nails was broken and visibly sore, requiring a nail tip to be attached, which ended up protruding from the nail bed, giving it an unsightly appearance (as evident in the picture). Moreover, the technician showed no consideration for the tender nail. Additionally, I ended up paying more than I typically would.
