I had a lovely experience at the salon today. Becky, the hairdresser I was scheduled with, was kind and considerate. Unfortunately, she realized that too much length had been cut off my hair previously, so she couldn't proceed with the haircut. I appreciate her honesty and understanding. I have rebooked for a haircut in six weeks. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. When I arrived feeling cold, a young man kindly offered me a cup of tea. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience - 5 stars!
I was disappointed with my face-framing haircut by Guy. He cut two large chunks of hair too short at the front, which looked worse than a DIY attempt. I was not given a chance to provide feedback before the cut was finished. Additionally, he curled my hair without using any heat protection. Considering the price, I don't believe the haircut was worth it, despite the rest being fine.
Absolutely wonderful experience at this Salon! The entire team, including Guy and Jordan, provided exceptional service. They were attentive, listened to our desires and long-term goals, and offered valuable advice to help us achieve them. The results exceeded my expectations. Nail Technician Kirsty was truly outstanding, showing great care and skill in transforming my damaged nails into something beautiful. The salon has a warm and inviting atmosphere. We will definitely be returning. Thank you to everyone involved!
