The pharmacy team is incredibly friendly and helpful, but reaching them by phone is a nightmare! Endless ringing without anyone picking up makes it impossible to check medication availability. Frustrating experience, as I can't visit the pharmacy daily to inquire. The phone lines are operational - please address this issue!
Self-important, impolite pharmacist named Naheed Mirza who callously withheld insulin from a pregnant woman with type 1 diabetes to "safeguard her stock for regular patients". Disappointing service from Boots, despite confirming availability of 5 insulin pens and the ability to restock the next day. Now left to endure a night of driving to find a pharmacist who values human life. Appalling treatment.
Encountered an issue with my husband's glucose testing machine. Despite not offering testing services, the pharmacy staff member on Sunday 14th April kindly provided me with the machine's contact number and instructions. Exceptionally helpful assistance. Thank you.
