I frequented the pure salon for my haircuts, and they did a commendable job. However, the individual who used to style my hair was aware of my vulnerability and took it upon herself to make decisions without consulting me. Additionally, her demeanour requires improvement as I have never felt spoken down to in any other salon. Never returning.
Dreadful barbershop, incredibly impolite employees who disregard your preferences. I can't recall the name of the individual who trimmed my child's hair, but she displayed rudeness and completely ignored my child's wishes. Brought her in for a haircut, she requested a shaggy mullet style with her hair below shoulder length, but the stylist promptly chopped most of it into an uneven jaw-length bob. When she expressed her disapproval, the stylist insisted it looked better that way.
