However, the individual who used to style my hair was aware of my vulnerability and took it upon herself to make decisions without consulting me. Additionally, her demeanour requires improvement as I have never felt spoken down to in any other salon. just had my extensions done with martin at talking heads and just had to leave a review. as i absolutely love the results. Martin really knows his stuff he gave me a lot of time and attention, and he has a close eye for detail. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning.

I had a lovely experience at the salon today. Becky, the hairdresser I was scheduled with, was kind and considerate. Unfortunately, she realized that too much length had been cut off my hair previously, so she couldn't proceed with the haircut. I appreciate her honesty and understanding. I have rebooked for a haircut in six weeks. The salon has a great atmosphere, and the customer service is top-notch. When I arrived feeling cold, a young man kindly offered me a cup of tea. I was truly impressed by the kindness of the staff.
