Entered the salon seeking specific hues, but alas, they were not available. Improvised with a different palette while another lady, not tending to my nails, attempted to persuade me into a colour I had not selected. To compound matters, she was rather impolite, mentioning the closing time despite it being only 3:45. With nearly two fingers lacking colour, I struggled to make a choice. She then brusquely informed me to return at 3 next time. Perplexed as to why they agreed to do my nails if time was an issue. Alas, my nails resemble the work of an amateur. I shall not be revisiting; I set aside this time for myself only to be left feeling anxious due to the lack of customer service.
Appalling nails, showed the technician my desired style, but the outcome was nothing like it. The service felt rushed; I arrived around 20 past 10 and was back home by 11, leaving insufficient time for a quality job. Paying 36 quid for just a pink ombré seemed excessive given the rushed nature of the service. I will not be returning; all nails have white edges and are not up to standard. They ought to feel ashamed for the subpar work. Regrettably, I am considering removing them shortly after shelling out 36 quid.
Oh my goodness! 😂😂 Without a doubt, the most atrocious nails I've ever had done 😅😂. Opted for infills, and in a mere 5 minutes, it was all over 😂😂. Nail polish was running off my nails as she painted in 30 seconds, applying too much. The filing... 😂😂😂😂😂 A mere 2 seconds per nail. I was in disbelief the entire 5 minutes lol. Do not squander your money!!!! 😂😂😂. Edit: I forgot to mention... she had my nails drying under the 💡 bulb... 😂😂😂.
