A truly remarkable spa. I initially hesitated when booking a 3-hour facility usage due to the relatively high cost for a short period. However, it proved to be worth every penny. The staff are incredibly attentive and even remembered special requests I had made in my booking notes. Since it was a small birthday treat, they surprised me with delicious snacks. I thoroughly enjoyed exploring the various rooms, and the pool was incredibly soothing. The dressing room exudes luxury! I was reluctant to depart.
A wonderfully serene setting. Ideal for those in search of thermal and fragrant therapy. Arguably the finest spa I have ever frequented. The standout feature is the meticulous attention to bookings; with only a few other visitors in the spa at any given time, I often found myself alone in most of the facilities I utilized. This enhanced the relaxation experience. A delightful array of refreshments is available, and the staff are exceedingly accommodating and welcoming. The Monart Spa was flawlessly clean, the service was exceptional, and the treatments were rejuvenating. We spent 5 hours there and departed feeling thoroughly indulged. While the spa comes at a significant cost, combining facility usage with lunch at the nearby pub helps bring down the overall expense. The products used are of superb quality - however, it was the thermal rooms that truly made our day extraordinary. I appreciate that the spa is not overcrowded and that each guest has their own designated lounger for the duration of their visit. They catered to dietary needs excellently.
