My sibling and I stumbled upon Lily online, and we are absolutely delighted we did. We felt a bit anxious upon arrival, but Lily made us feel incredibly welcomed and at ease. She engaged in conversation throughout the waxing process, making us feel very comfortable. It was completed before we even realised. Fantastic guidance on aftercare. We will definitely return for future appointments. I have a skin condition known as Hidradenitis suppurativa. Lily did some research on it prior to my appointment and ensured it was safe for me to proceed. After two days post-session, I have experienced no adverse effects and I genuinely hope it has benefitted me.
