On the 21st of February 2024, we attended the outpatient department for eye surgery.
Today, I had to visit the Downe hospital for a chest x-ray. From the moment I arrived, a nurse took great care of me by recording my observations and details. I was promptly attended to by a delightful doctor who assessed me thoroughly. Following the x-ray, he patiently explained all the findings. Unfortunately, I did not manage to learn his name. My appointment was scheduled for 1:30 pm, so he might be easily identifiable. The doctor was exceptionally courteous and pleasant. Thank you for your care.
During my stay with relatives, I needed to seek urgent medical attention on the final day of my trip. Despite having a flight to catch later that day, I was swiftly assessed, x-rayed, and provided with pain relief. The staff displayed exceptional professionalism and friendliness. I extend my gratitude to the receptionist and nurse practitioner for their kindness. Regrettably, I did not catch your names. The service I received was truly remarkable.
