Utterly inept and uncooperative. Just like the numerous customers who warned me about my shop in Downpatrick, I had a similar experience that I initially disregarded.
Perhaps due to the lack of foot traffic in the store, the individual who assisted me in retrieving my partner's phone seemed to be having a rough day or simply exuded rudeness. I immediately felt uneasy and somewhat taken aback. As someone with autism, navigating such situations is already challenging, but their behaviour certainly didn't make it any easier. I can't vouch for the rest of the team, but the person I interacted with was far from pleasant.
Subpar customer service, the staff could benefit from proper training. I've had two negative encounters at this establishment; the service was not very helpful, prompting me to purchase a phone elsewhere.
