I have been a loyal client of Beckie's for two decades now. Her expertise and care are unmatched, and I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair.
Absolutely shocking experience with this salon. My niece had booked an appointment, only to have it cancelled last minute. Despite trying to reschedule, the salon showed no effort in accommodating her. After finally securing a new appointment, the same thing happened again - causing my niece to rearrange her work schedule twice. Multiple attempts to confirm the appointment were met with complete disregard, leaving us in the dark until the very last minute when the appointment was cancelled once more. The lack of communication and reliability is truly disappointing. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere for a more respectful service that values your time and custom.
