I absolutely adore Headlines. A fantastic atmosphere, reasonably priced too - I always leave content! 5 stars from me!
Nope. Definitely not. Initially I was fond of them, but that changed swiftly. I opted for a haircut and styling which came to £34. The individual who washed my hair was quite rough and it seemed like she'd rather be doing something else. Then the person who cut my hair started gossiping and began criticising other clients, which made me feel uncomfortable as I started to wonder what she might say about me. The cut ended up being shorter than I desired, with poor layering and an uneven fringe. Regrettably, all of this was cleverly concealed by the styling at the end so it wasn't immediately noticeable. I only noticed the 'damage' after washing my hair at home and trying to style it. I did not enjoy this appointment at all and will not be returning.
I am a regular visitor and have always been extremely satisfied with my hair. Great advice when opting for a new style. The staff are friendly, creating a wonderful atmosphere.
