Appalling customer service experience!! Purchased exclusive GHD straighteners and received the incorrect ones. Upon contacting them, they insisted they never carried the limited edition ones and that I received what I ordered. After providing screenshots of their website and my email confirmation, attached to this review, they simply advised me to return for a refund. No apologies, no offer of assistance just 2 days before Christmas, when I needed them as a gift for Christmas day. Subsequently, I called and encountered a rude and unapologetic individual. When I requested her name, she identified herself as Smith and abruptly instructed me to follow the return process before hanging up on me!! She did not appreciate my questions regarding their claim of never stocking what I ordered and that I received what I ordered?? AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!
