I've visited this place a few times, mostly positive experiences. However, my recent visit with my daughter for manicures and pedicures was disappointing. The man who worked on our fingernails was quite rough and accidentally cut us with the file several times. I requested a pink ombre, which I've had done at another salon before, but there was confusion with the colours and he seemed irritated when I expressed my dissatisfaction. The acrylic overlay on my nails makes them look like stick-ons, and the shapes don't match with coffin shape on every nail. We ended up spending over 3 hours in the salon, despite being told it would take 1 hour and 45 minutes. My daughter's gems fell off one hand within 12 hours. I've attached some pictures for reference. He struggled to apply silver gems and ended up asking if she liked blue instead, which she agreed to due to shyness, even though she wanted silver as per the image we provided. The other ladies in the shop were mostly pleasant, and when they've done my nails in the past, I've been satisfied (I've never requested ombre at this salon before). It's disappointing as this salon used to be my go-to, but after this experience, I won't be returning. We spent £120.00, and it was my daughter's first time getting her nails done (she is 7).
Exceptionally accommodating, as my gel nails needed urgent removal and I couldn't make it to my usual spot. Managed to squeeze in after work, and the removal only cost £10.
Extremely welcoming team, they executed a stellar job on my nails, which are prone to splitting. It's been 3 weeks since I had them done, and there hasn't been any splitting or chipping so far.
