My partner came home in tears after her hair appointment at this salon. The staff were rude and made a mess of her hair, giving her streaks of grey and purple instead of the blonde she asked for. They also incorrectly claimed she was late and could only have a half head treatment, not the full head she had booked. The way they spoke to her was unwelcoming and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Plush Dukinfield is a fantastic salon with excellent service. I had a wonderful experience getting my hair done there. My stylist, Becky, was attentive and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. We had a thorough consultation to ensure she understood exactly what I wanted, and the end result was perfect. The olaplex treatment she used left my hair feeling incredibly healthy. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend this salon.
