I have visited Alice nails on several occasions and initially, I was satisfied with my nails. However, during my most recent visit, they did not provide the length I requested, the shape was incorrect, and when I showed them the design I wanted, they were unable to replicate it. After settling for a simpler design, I expressed my dissatisfaction at the register but still had to pay the full price. I was very frustrated and will not be returning, nor do I recommend it.
I have had my nails done a few times and have consistently adored the outcome. Each time I bring in ideas, they are always met with success and my nails mirror the inspiration perfectly. The wait time is always minimal. My nails tend to be fragile and other salons have caused discomfort with their drills, but at Alices, I have never experienced that. The staff is always gentle and I never feel rushed. The pricing is also reasonable.
This establishment is truly splendid!! The effort put into my nails was exceptional and the end result surpassed my expectations. The ambience is delightful, however, it would be advantageous to have more employees as there was a considerable wait and some customers left due to slow service. Despite this, there are no other faults to be found. The team is incredibly dedicated!! Many thanks and I will certainly return in the future xoxo
