I have been a patron for a couple of years now, but post-Covid, the standards have plummeted and the prices have escalated. Endured the worst haircut of my life two weeks ago - won't be returning. My hair was unevenly cut, clearly the barber was disinterested and seemed bothered by my presence. It was my premier visit to 'Enchanted' salon today in Dumbarton.
It was a delightful experience.
I felt at ease with such welcoming individuals there.
The stylist heeded my desired style and delivered a truly exquisite cut.
I was well cared for. It was an exceedingly warm day, and I was provided with ice-cold bottled water, a platter of biscuits and chocolate Swiss rolls, and a small red and white striped carton of freshly prepared popcorn 🍿. (The aroma was delightful).
Overall, a genuinely pleasant experience. 😊
