Whenever I return to my hometown from my trips to the capital, London, I always make it a point to visit this salon. I have been here twice in the past few weeks, and each time I have received an exceptional haircut and shave with clippers or an electric shaver. The eyebrow trim and nose waxing are top-notch, and I appreciate the burning of hair on my ears as well. Both individuals who work here are truly exceptional.
Upon my arrival at lulu's salon, I was warmly greeted by the staff. The haircut I received was absolutely fantastic, exactly what I had in mind. I also had my eyebrows trimmed and nose waxed. I cannot express my gratitude enough. This is the only salon I will visit and recommend to all my friends and family without hesitation.
The price has increased from 'just £9 please' to 'just £15 please' in my last six visits. The person before me paid £12? It used to be outstanding. They would take care of everything - the blade, nose, ears, eyebrows - without even having to ask. Now, you don't get any extras unless you specifically request them. For me, a basic 'men's' cut is sufficient (not the pampering experience that many men seek nowadays). The whole process takes 10-15 minutes at most and is done as quickly as possible for 'just £15'. I am truly disappointed and will definitely not be returning.
