Deceptive I visited to have my hair fixed after attempting to cut it myself. We discussed my preferences and my aversion to using hairdryers (heat). After a quick shampoo, she spent only five minutes on the cut. Then, to my surprise, she brought out the hairdryer, despite our prior agreement not to use it. She only used it briefly, though. I wasn't happy with the final look, especially after she textured it with wax. When it came time to pay, I realized I had been there for only about 10 minutes and was shocked to be charged £40. She justified the price by saying, "you had a cut and blow dry." As I left, I understood why she used the hairdryer. I should have refused to pay. I hope it was worth it for them because I won't be returning.
