I’ve just returned from my first session with Tristan. Tristan provided me with a back massage and reflexology towards the end. Tristan is an extremely welcoming, open-hearted therapist with meticulous attention to every detail. He dedicated ample time to the consultation - it was thorough and unhurried. Throughout the session, Tristan explained the procedures he was going to perform. I am highly attuned to my body and can sense the energy of others. Tristan greeted me warmly and cordially. I had chosen a full body massage, which was a new experience for me. Prior to the treatment, Tristan conducted a comprehensive consultation. He detailed what the treatment would entail and maintained a high level of professionalism and knowledge throughout. It was both energising and relaxing. I certainly had a restful sleep that night!! I have been a regular visitor to Massage By Tristan for over a year now; initially seeking relief for chronic lower back and hip discomfort, but now I attend 1) to manage my pain and 2) for my overall wellness. From the very first session, Tristan took the time to understand me and my specific back issues, as well as any pre-existing health conditions. Throughout the year, we have developed a strong client relationship where he recognizes and accommodates my areas of sensitivity, adjusting the treatment accordingly - he definitely does not subscribe to the notion that more pain equals better results!!! Apart from being an exceptional massage therapist (and I have visited MANY over the years - he is undoubtedly the finest), he is also a wonderful individual; incredibly personable, friendly and professional (I came across another review mentioning his open-hearted nature and I wholeheartedly concur with this!!) You genuinely will not find a superior massage therapist - schedule an appointment; you will not be disappointed!!
