She provided a wealth of information and advice, adept at discerning when to engage in conversation and when to allow for peaceful relaxation. The spa itself was incredibly tranquil, resulting in my hair appearing notably glossy and healthy. I highly recommend this service. The team here exudes warmth and hospitality, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment you step inside. I have recently had my first lumi eyes treatment with Farrah and I cannot recommend her or the treatment enough. Farrah is extremely knowledgeable and keeps you at ease for the whole treatment. There was zero pain with this treatment as she numbs the area prior and I genuinely didn’t feel a thing. I was also lucky enough to not have any bruising or swelling post treatment.
