I used to have my housemate cut my hair at home for free for 2 years, but after going to Andrea, I realized the difference in quality that comes with a professional cut. The pricing was also reasonable, considering the excellent service.

The hair appointment started 15 minutes late, which wasn't ideal. I explained my desired style, and the hairdresser understood. The haircut itself was pretty good, but when he blow-dried my hair, it ended up looking flat and lifeless. I mentioned that my hair is usually wavy, but he assured me it would return to that texture after washing (which was true). However, I was not happy with how it looked, so I asked if he could wet it again. Instead, he used straighteners to create an unnatural and chunky wave that I disliked immensely. I left the salon feeling extremely uncomfortable and had to immediately redo my hair when I got home. I paid £55 for a haircut that left me feeling disappointed. The cut itself was fine, but the styling was a letdown. The photo I took right after leaving the salon shows the finished style.

Rachael G-Rachael has been my hairstylist for a while now, and she is fantastic at cutting, styling, and blow-drying hair. I have never been dissatisfied with her work. Recently, I got a perm, and instead of tight curls reminiscent of the 1980s, I ended up with loose waves and curls that I absolutely love. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my hair, and I always leave her salon happy. I hope Rachael never retires because I would be devastated.
