Upon entering, the establishment was unclean. Hair from previous clients was scattered on the shelf in front of me and the clippers/comb were covered in other individuals' hair, truly revolting. There were no other customers present when I arrived, indicating it had been left unattended. My fringe is uneven and the sides where they trimmed around my ears are asymmetrical, I will need to seek another place to fix this. The haircut lasted 5 minutes and cost £8.50. If you only desire a simple grade 2 all over for a few pounds, this place may suffice, but I would recommend looking elsewhere. Additionally, it's 2019 and this establishment does not accept card payments. In conclusion, the place felt unhygienic and my haircut is unsatisfactory.
16.33 Attempted to have my sons' hair trimmed, the hairdresser was seated in the chair. Informed upon arrival that they were closed. Mentioned that the closing time displayed on the door is 17.00 as closing. The lady mentioned they decided to shut at 16.45 today due to not having lunch... then gestured towards the sign on the door indicating last appointment 15 minutes before closing. Quite impolite, no courtesy, no apologies. Will not be revisiting.
Entered through the seemingly unlocked door. "CLOSED!" snapped the woman at the reception. At 3.45 on a Saturday afternoon? Goodness, must have had a profitable day. Lost my potential business even before I had the chance to give it.
