Just to let everyone know I would have left 0 star but to post this I have to leave 1 star. I went for my hair appointment this morning which was scheduled for 9am. I arrived early at 8:45am as nobody was there yet I weighted out side. 9am came and still nobody had arrived door was locked and lights all out. I thought give it time they might be running a bit late. I weighted 40mins out side and still nobody has bothered to show up. By this time I was fed up and wasn’t prepped to weight any longer. It even states on there website that they open at 9am. Extremely bad customer service and extremely unreliable. Emily worked wonders on my curly hair with a challenging cut. The salon had a wonderful ambiance and Emily was a delight to chat with. Extremely disappointed with my visit. Mia was tardy, provided no consultation, and completely disregarded my specific requests for my haircut. The result was a haphazard mess of uneven lengths, with one side longer than the other and a chunk inexplicably missing. The styling was unbalanced, leaving my hair unruly and difficult to manage. Seeking a refund only led to confrontational behaviour from the salon staff. I strongly advise against visiting this salon for curly hair needs.
