Best £65 spent on a service! I’ve had the full body pregnancy massage and Alex was so professional with a calming technique and relaxing music. They even gave me some extra minutes of massage because I arrived early! And when they were done I thought oh that was fast! Then looked at my phone and it was almost 1.5 hours! Felt so good and so relaxed after we finished. I highly recommend Alex for any pregnant person as they have years and years of experience. I would definitely.come back in the future, pregnant or not!
During a recent weekend retreat I received two treatments from Sam. First one was a myofascia, which until this weekend I had never heard of. Sam was very informative during the treatment and was able to explain how and why it works and allowed me to practice the technique on a friend so I could feel it working from both side of the treatment and allow a better understanding behind the science of it.
