I shall not return. The nail design did not match the image I provided, the painted pattern was terribly done. If only one staff member is skilled in nail painting, then that individual should be the only one doing it rather than having another staff member do a poor job and charge £40! I had to repaint them myself after spending that much money because the work was so poor. The top photo shows my nails and the bottom one shows what I showed the man, supposedly 'leopard print'.
I left the nail salon angrier than ever. This is only my second visit and I feel like I wasted my money, I won't be returning. The first time, I got builder gels with French tips. They charged me around £40. I let it slide. When I arrived today, she was complaining about how much my nails had grown to her colleague in a language I believe was Mandarin, then told me when I sat down that if I had my gels done elsewhere, I'd have to get them removed and redone... I was here a few weeks ago, don't try to swindle me for more money (silly me, they still managed to find another way.. keep reading).
