Extremely disappointed with my visit. Mia was tardy, provided no consultation, and completely disregarded my specific requests for my haircut. The result was a haphazard mess of uneven lengths, with one side longer than the other and a chunk inexplicably missing. The styling was unbalanced, leaving my hair unruly and difficult to manage. Seeking a refund only led to confrontational behaviour from the salon staff. I strongly advise against visiting this salon for curly hair needs. The lack of understanding and care for curly hair was evident, causing me significant distress.
Absolutely fantastic time at the salon with Mia yesterday. From the moment I walked in, Mia ensured I was comfortable and well-informed about the colouring process.
