The Rings
Had her lashes done by Alex at Ingleby Nails. After 2 days, they all fell out and her lashes felt stiff with glue. She had to ask for instructions on how to care for them, as it was her first time getting them done. Another person at the salon suggested using micellar water and provided her with sponge sticks. Jacqueline knew that Alex was still in training, but was surprised to learn that she had only been doing this for 2 weeks. Despite the lashes looking good in the end, Jacqueline felt that 2 weeks of experience was not enough to be working on the public. When she contacted Alex for a refund, she was met with excuses and no response, despite multiple requests.
