My first tattoo in 20yrs, couldn’t have been made to feel more at ease. spoke with Claudia throughout the booking experience and on initial visit on the day, so friendly and professional, and so easy to enquire and get booked in. I chose Marco as his work looked so neat, mega clean lines, and he did not disappoint. He was a pleasure to deal with, made recommendations that helped me make the final decision, and made it a great experience. My name Sam Matthews and Katie did 3 great tattoos on me told her wants I wanted and she come back with an amazing design I can’t thank you you engough as it was about my dad and sister thanks so much she is an amazing artist and tattooist thanks so kuch also I come back for a little robin and Jess did this today for me she is an amazing tattooist to told her what I wanted and she designed the robin you have 2 amazing tattoo artists there also they kept me calm as was nervous but helped me so much with that thank you so much and I’ll be defo back also Liam was great service to 10 out 10 for all staff also Kieran helped with what I wanted for written thanks again
Jess was my tattooist and made me feel comfortable from the onset, plus the tattoo looks great. I wasn't sure about being tattooed in an open plan studio, and having to take my top off in front of a large window wasn't what I expected either. I was fine with it but I could understand if other's weren't. If I could make one suggestion, it would be to agree the tattoo in further detail prior to the visit as I would probably have made some minor changes to the font, but it's no big deal as I like what I got. I'll go there again to get further tattoo's.
