Speedy replies to messages and scheduling. Travelled all the way to his residence and no response at the door. After I messaged, he wanted to reschedule 4 hours later as his child was unwell. I wish he had messaged me as soon as he knew he couldn't do my nails, as I wasted a morning and my time. A brief text only takes a moment.
