We have been loyal customers for many years and have never encountered an issue. The addition of the barbershop upstairs is fantastic, especially with four sons in the household. The ladies downstairs are always welcoming and happy to discuss your preferences. Plus, the coffee (and wine, on late nights) is always a nice touch.
