What an incredible experience. I got my double helix and third lobe pierced in December and they have all healed beautifully. The individual who performed the piercings was incredibly patient and laid-back, and she executed the job flawlessly. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else now 🙂 ...
Today, I underwent a piercing procedure and the entire journey was exceptionally positive. I phoned shortly after the establishment opened and inquired about booking an appointment, to which I was promptly offered a suitable slot. Upon arrival, I was welcomed by Emily at the front desk, who was extremely helpful and detailed the process. Ara then conducted an anatomical assessment of my ear to ensure everything was in order before proceeding, and then guided me through all the details. Ara was absolutely fantastic - we explored various piercing options and she was incredibly patient while I made my decision. I eventually opted for a daith piercing - Ara cautioned me that this particular piercing can be quite painful due to the thickness of the cartilage, but I must say, it was one of the least painful piercings I've ever had, and I attribute that to Ara's expertise. She then thoroughly explained the aftercare process, leaving me feeling much more knowledgeable. Ara was wonderful and made the entire experience truly enjoyable!
