I have a fondness for boots. I tend to alternate between superdrug and boots based on where the best deals are. I do wish their loyalty card programme was more robust, as it currently ranks as the least appealing among all the stores.
Scheduled a flu shot using a voucher provided by my employer. Upon arrival, I was informed that they couldn't administer the jab as there was no one available on site. Unfortunately, I missed out on getting the jab since I couldn't reschedule elsewhere before the voucher expired.
Received excellent assistance from a lovely gentleman named David. I arrived late seeking an eye cream yesterday and was impressed by the outstanding customer service. Thank you once again, David, for recommending the caffeine eye cream :)
