The foot treatment I received was absolutely fantastic. At first, I hesitated about getting my feet pampered at that specific establishment or elsewhere. Ultimately, I opted for their services since I was already nearby. The young woman who took care of my feet did an exceptional job. Her focus and dedication were truly impressive. She approached the task with immense enthusiasm, evident in the meticulous attention she provided, including a delightful foot massage at the conclusion.
I rate this place 2 stars for the attempted resolution. I visited this establishment while in the vicinity for a weekend wedding, taking a chance based on their reputed quality work. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet expectations. I requested a French manicure, and the lady initially showed me the first nail (which I expected), and I was satisfied with it, assuming the others would match. To my dismay, upon seeing all the nails after application, they did not match and looked unsatisfactory. I raised the issue with the lady, and the manager intervened, stating they were closing soon and I would need to return the next day for a fix. Though displeased, I knew it needed correcting as it was unacceptable. Upon returning for the correction, I ended up choosing a different style as it was more convenient, disappointed that I couldn't get the original request despite assurances. I do not plan on returning or recommending this establishment.
I had an excellent shellac pedicure experience here. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and displayed great attention to detail. The shellac pedicure cost £38, and I plan on returning soon for a shellac manicure priced at £25.
