I've frequented this salon for 5 years for shellac mani-pedis. They consistently deliver a lasting, beautiful result with a great selection of sparkly and metallic colours. The friendly, cheerful atmosphere among the staff adds to the experience. Booking ahead is advisable due to walk-ins waiting for slots.
After 9 months of patronage, recent experiences have not met previous standards. Issues with SNS manicure quality and gel pedicure durability. Inconsistent service quality depending on the technician. Difficult to recommend after multiple disappointments.
The service was rushed, neglecting cleaning and customer care. Disappointing result for nearly £50 spent. Second and final chance given.
