Just got my nails done last week and I'm really disappointed with the result. I opted for acrylic extensions, which usually last me up to 9 weeks, but they've all come off already. It seems like they weren't properly secured on the bottom and sides of my nails. The nail artist had a strange attitude, even laughing at me when I was explaining what I wanted. It was quite uncomfortable. I waited for 5 hours in the shop to get my nails done, only to see another customer who arrived after me being seated and served within 10 minutes. A pal arranged for me to have a facial here for my birthday and what a true delight it was. A full hour of complete relaxation! My skin hasn't been the best lately but Debbie made me feel very at ease. She was very knowledgeable and talked me through everything. I adored it, and emerged feeling very rejuvenated. My skin was truly glowing. Thank you! I only wish I could commit to having one every month. The service here is truly top-notch. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, and the treatments are simply lovely. Every visit is a consistently relaxing and professional experience. During my last visit, I opted for the eye MOT, which included an eyebrow wax, eyebrow tint, and eyelash tint by Gillian. Gillian's precision and perfection in performing these treatments are truly commendable. However, I did notice a change in their waxing product, which gave a slight uncomfortable tingle on the skin (this is not a reflection on Gillian's skill).
