What a delightful lady and fantastic treatment! Sam is a true expert and a specialist in the field of holistic therapy. The treatment room is absolutely stunning, immaculate and welcoming. A true haven of peace. I had a hot stone massage on my back, neck and shoulders, and it was incredibly soothing for my tense muscles and areas of trauma. From start to finish, Sam maintains a professional and comprehensive approach in her service. I had never tried a hot stone massage before, and I can't believe what I've been missing out on, I believe I will sleep very soundly tonight! Sam took the time to understand me and my lifestyle/work which impacts my problem areas and even demonstrated and advised me on some stretches to help with tension in my chest, shoulders and neck.
