The staff are friendly and helpful once you're attended to. Another member is required at the pharmacy counter. Waiting for service (sometimes over half an hour) is unacceptable.
Had to visit the pharmacy for guidance on an eye issue. Made to wait as they chatted with their backs turned. When finally seen, no advice given. Went to Tesco and got all the help I needed. Won't return.
Absolutely dreadful. Not even worth a single star. Pharmacy phone goes unanswered. Short-staffed at the counter, so it's no wonder the phone is ignored.
