Review update. 15/03/24. 'Check your cash change'
I picked up my items and exited. Regrettably, just outside, I foolishly realised I hadn't taken my £8 change. So I promptly returned, spoke to another staff member at the registers, and she reached out to someone behind the scenes who reviewed the CCTV claiming they DID give me my change. (Which they didn't)
PLEASE EXAMINE YOUR RECEIPTS FOLKS. Some of the team are scanning items twice "essentially taking from you" I'm livid to discover how much I was billed for items I didn't purchase yesterday.
