It's taken me ages to find a good hairdresser in Dereham. After a couple of disasters, I found Jo at Elle Belles. She's probably one of the best hairdressers I've been to in years. Very professional and knowledgeable. She knows her colours, and I'm very pleased with my cut. I get the sense her training is far superior and more extensive than that of the typical British high street hairdresser.
Absolutely fantastic team at Elle Belles. I've got lashes and brows with Kay. Nails with Rosie and hair by Tash. Even halfway through a laser lipo course with INCREDIBLE results. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Great service, long-lasting wear from lashes and nails, and such a lovely environment with welcoming staff. I wholeheartedly recommend 100%.
Visited this salon recently, had gel nails with no cuticle treatment, looks like they've been on for a week after less than 24 hours! The colour, however, was exactly what I wanted and is lovely. Also had an eyebrow wax and tint, but unfortunately, this wasn't what I asked for. I wanted light and natural but got dark and slug-like! To be fair, when I returned to explain how unhappy I was, they did try to fix them, and there was a slight improvement, but it wasn't a professional job. Will be seeking elsewhere for my next pamper session.
