My daughter had her ears pierced at this establishment and the attendant was exceptional. She made my daughter feel comfortable, explained the aftercare thoroughly, and added some humor to the experience.
My daughter had her ears pierced a week ago by the lovely staff here. Unfortunately, the gem fell out of the earring twice already. When I asked for a refund, I was met with resistance and told to bring my daughter in for a replacement. I declined due to her trauma from the previous experience. The customer service was lacking in understanding and empathy.
Just a heads up for others, the advertised store closing time of 8pm is actually 6pm. Two disappointed granddaughters today, but the store was well stocked.
