First trip to Zingzang in 12 years. Incredibly lively, attentive, and easy to chat with team. Had my hair styled by Bobby. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and aimed for the best for my hair given the residue from previous dye jobs, ensuring I left with optimal results for this initial stage. A very professional and engaging approach. She also provided reassurance as I was a tad anxious about trying something new. Jules and Jaimie were equally delightful and supportive. I must mention, it is rather costly, £70 for the full treatment, slightly higher than other UK spots where I thought it was cheaper... much pricier than 12 years ago, but quality matches the price, and I'm receiving numerous compliments! Will return in 8 weeks for more of this experience!
A small hidden treasure.. fantastic professional stylist and a very warm and inviting ambience. Excellent value for money with many happy customers.. a bustling venue due to positive word-of-mouth referrals. Booking ahead is recommended. They provide a complimentary consultation prior to the first visit, a nice added touch.
Finally discovered a hairdresser who immediately identified the issues with my hair and took action to rectify it. Very satisfied. Thank you, Bobby. The team is friendly and inviting.
